Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, new launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (may vary by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs procedures, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

Maison Jewels is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the courier, it is outside our control.
If your package is missing or delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. You can also reach out to us at contact@maisonjewels.com, and we’ll assist as best as possible.

Delivery Refusal or Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery, unpaid customs fees, or an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.
